A Callout to YTV Canada

Way back in the mid-1980s there was a call by the CRTC for a "youth-oriented" satellite-cable channel to be broadcast in Canada.

A series of hearings took place during the "Summer of discontent", the start of the 1987-2012 period of "awakening...Anyways, nuff of that.

YTV was created as a single station that would comprise 3 parts, programming for 3 groups of kids:

• Pre-schoolers
• School-age
• "the kid in all of us" - adults and families

YTV Canada was licensed on November 30, 1987 and they spent the next 10 months signing programming contracts with various suppliers, gathering advertisers, creating program IDs, hiring "PJs" (program jockeys).

When YTV signed on for the first time on September 1, 1988 I was still living at home with my parents. In fact one of my sisters had a friend who was not getting along with her family and so she slept over here on that day and I think for the whole month of September and possibly part of October 1988 too.

The previous year I had already bought myself a VCR. Dad didn't believe in VCRs despite that he had a 1956 Philips reel-to-reel for himself. No, but our family coudn't have a VCR because "we don't need one".... Thank god for Youtube...

Still going back to YTV and that first day. Sister's friend was sleeping in the basement, and I had set up the equipment downstairs. But I guess it didn't really work well because sister's friend was studying to become something at Univ. So I moved the VCR upstairs. The main floor tv was some tube console and I set it up there. The 1976 SEARS portable 20" was in the basement. So I hooked up the twin-lead and kept as quiet as possible to record the opening of "The Family Channel" and YTV.

In YTV's first license period, November 30, 1988 thru ..... they are LIMITED to xx minutes of advertising PER HOUR. If I recall correctly this was gradually upped in the next few years to a MAXIMUM of 14 minutes PER HOUR. Too much advertising...and they sold the CRTC on being granted a license based on the 8 minutes PER HOUR.

A lot of the programming was retro - stuff like You Can't Do That on Television, retro movies, some newer stuff like The Black Stallion series. The Hit List, 'Are You Afraid of the Dark'?The PJs were nice, warm people.

YTV was originally owned by a partnership between ROGERS Cable and CUC Broadcasting (one of their cable systems was Greater Winnipeg Cablevision). YTV was sold to CORUS (SHAW) in 1995. Almost overnight YTV's programming changed and became much darker, more violent, the original PJs were replaced with less photogenic/less likeable (in my view). Yeah, you "PJ Fresh Phil", I'm callin' you out. You look like a neighbourhood THIEF. You are not in line with "community standards"... You were (thank god he's off the air) not someone to LIKE or want ot "invite" into my home.

They went thru a phase if I can call it that where they played Sailor Moon, "Yugi Oh" and other Japanses Anime. Because broadcasting regulations were relaxed this past decade, YTV and other broadcasters are allowed to do marathons showing the same program but different episodes for 2 or 3 hours at a time after which they show the same block after 12 midnight (11 pm. Central). This is not what YTV was originally licensed for.

Then somewhere in the 90s they upped the minutes of commercials per hour, changed PJs, and showed more and more violent programming. By the mid- late- 1990s programmes like YTV Rocks were Cancelled in favour of more and more violent cartoons, and what I believe is Reptilian-like shows like Big Comfy Couch.

Now that we have Youtube on the Internet I'm seeing lots of comments that reflect exactly my feelings towards YTV and music videos and such ... the 1980s kids programming and music videos were much better than the trash that passes as culture nowadays.

So I call on those souls who were born before and some after 1979, those of you from Generation X who now have famiies of their own, and those of too from Generation Y who want something to watch themselves or for your young family. Something that is wholesome, something that teaches one of the Laws of the Universe - the Golden Rule - Do Unto Others... I call on those who feel they are called, to write to YTV, post blogs, make Youtube videos and DEMAND that the Reptilian owners of YTV sell it off or change their programming IMMEDIATELY. We will not stand for their trash programming any longer.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Although I've been saying that I've been detoxing using Bentonite & Psyllium these past 2+ years, this year I'm experimenting with boosting my Iodine & Magnesium Levels.

When I was working in an office for the past 12 years, I'd come home late afternoon and just like you want to sleep for 2 or even 3 hours...Then wake up at 7.30 / 8 p.m. This is mainly during the Fall & Winter months and any months where there was heavy overcast skies due to chemtrails.

For Iodine, start by dabbling a drop or two on your open wounds if you have any. In my case I had a Keloid since 2006 that I tried everything like Polysporin (antibiotic) and Betamethasone cream from the Dr. Nothing would fix it...Now the Iodine drops are. Iodine controls/regulates your metabolism so it does have some link between feeling like you want to do **** all and being active (having enough energy to do the dishes, vacuum the apt. etc...).

The other one is Magnesium which also helps regulate energy levels, specifically your muscles. When I have gotten off the pharma pill Metformin a few weeks, the first thing I crave besides lots and lots of liquids is Ovaltine which has a form of Mag.

Also taking Potassium Iodide supplements since Jan. 2011 and it seems to be making a bit of a difference in my energy levels.. Since Fukeshima, and all the other cumulative nuclear detonations going back 100,000 years (or more) we all need to keep our iodine levels up to make thyroid hormone.

Keep your home/apt. air clean by adding a HEPA air filter. I find that when there is chemtrail spraying and I haven't had the machine ON, my head starts to feel 'full' (from Aluminum) and putting on the machine can make all the difference to whether I feel like maintaining my apt. or not.

Other things to try...if you regularly sleep on a regular mattress, try sleeping on the sofa for a few nights and see if that improves your sleep levels.

Your home/apt. might have spirits in it that might poke you every now and then or your room(s) might feel 'heavy' ... Get a wad of Sage and burn the sage stick by waving it in various rooms... Be sure to have a small dish or bowl underneath so the embers don't burn the floor.

Epsom Salt Baths

Since the beginning of this month I have started to add Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) to my bath water.

It's done some good so far, such as healing Eczema rashes that I've had since Sept. 2010 ... when nothing else would heal it.

Reading on the Net says that taking Epsom Salt baths will replenish levels of Magnesium in the body lost due to stress and also because our foods no longer contain enough Magnesium nutrients in them.

I have type 2 diabetes since 2005 and when in the past I have gone off of my Metformin pills and my blood sugar readings were ~30 mmol/l, one of the things I crave was Ovaltine which is Barley and Magnesium Carbonate.

So I'm now assuming that Metformin contains some amount of Magnesium in it which helps keep the kidneys out of danger of being 100% damaged.

Now that I know this I can level off my Metformin if it will reduce the need for these meds.

Currently taking 4 (500 units) Metformin and 2 Glyburide per day.

Access to Raw Dairy Products in Canada

I just sent off this e-mail to the Canadian Bureau of Food Safety Assessment. I felt it was the right organization to write to when asking that access to raw dairy products be allowed again in Canada.

I am aware that in the US they did have local access to raw dairy products but that now the US is clamping down and removing these under the premise that it is somehow "dangerous" to us... I have listened to Mike Adams of NaturalNews.com say that the reason why the Americans are no longer allowing raw dairy products has more to do with the multinational dairy conglomerates like Beatrice which is a subsidiary of global Parmalat (based in Italy). Mike Adams had said that raw dairy is more healthy for Humans because it inheritantly (naturally)  contains pro-biotic substances which are good for fighting diseases whether they are man-made, like H1N1 or the general Flu, which are all created in a Lab environment.

During the mid-1970s my Dad would take us to Muy's Farm (Fort Whyte, Manitoba - his farm became suburban housing) which sold raw milk in large, heavy glass jars. I was about 9 or 10 years old at the time and I remember that we had to shake the heavy jar to mix the cream so it wouldn't settle. That milk was tasty though and didn't taste like the watery stuff we buy from Lucerne (Safeway) or Beatrice (Parmalat) today. Sometime in the 1980s

About 10 years ago I tried replacing dairy with soy products and I found that the more soy I consumed, the weaker and more lethargic I became. But once I read that 90% of Soy is GMO from Monsanto it was time to stop eating stuff with Soy in it. Soy is also has been found to be a "nutrient uptake inhibitor" and can damage our DNA which controls or influences the health of the shape of our body.

I know that there is an organic dairy company, Organic Meadow, based in British Columbia. They want to be allowed to sell organic rawa milk in Manitoba, but I cannot find it, therefore I assume that it is the CFIA and your department that is blocking the sale of this pure, wholesome, healthy milk from being sold in the province where I live. That brings up another simliar question ... Why does most of our organic foods, prepared and in raw form come mainly from British Columbia and Oregon and generally in that part of North America. I want to be able to consume food that is closer to where it is grown, to save on the cost of transport of this food which is primarily done by semi-trucks nowadays... How can we have smaller trucks (or rail cars) that transport our food within Manitoba and not rely so much on food produced so far away from us? Our economy is in transition right now and we need to keep our the cost of food affordable to all.

I would ask that Agriculture Canada, CFIA, and your department/program re-assess this in the near future and allow us citizens the choice of purchasing healthy, locally produced raw milk in Canada again.

Mr. Adams says that the cleanliness of dairy farms that sell raw milk must be of a high standard and if they detect that the milk purity has been compromised in any way, it gets dumped ... so there is no way that the milk can cause disease thru contamination of food. The recent e.Coli in hamburger meat is more risky because I believe it  was put there to make  people sick or even kill them. I don't trust multi-national food companies anymore. They appear to not be in Humanity's best interest.

So in summary I ask that Raw Dairy products be allowed for sale again in Canada, and that locally-based (owned) companies are allowed to sell it again and not-just global multi-nationals like Parmalat and Lucerne. We must return to a society where the source of our food is known and is closer to where we live.

Second Dimension Demon

This week I saw for the second time a 'demon elemental' which to me is defined as a spirit being with just a 'head' but without the rest of the body.

Last time I saw this shape was on November 4 2009 when two demon elementals pushed me off of my mattress and onto the floor, crashing into a plastic table where I had put my keys, some coins and stuff like that. These were brightly coloured (light yellowish/whiteish) but malevolent to me.

About 10 days ago I was at a friend of a friend's home and slept over there during the weekend.

There is a female sex demon at this home named Georgina, and she asked me 'do you want me?' ... When I said "no" she said other stuff like 'do you want to die tonight? There is an ambulance waiting for you.' I told her to 'buzz off'.

When I told my sister about this she said I should sage my apt. So I bought a stick this weekend, and a lighter and a metal bowl.

Did a sage smudge Sunday, and Monday.

On Monday / Tuesday early morning as I was going to sleep I partly opened my eyes and see this smaller head shape (non-human) that is floating along my heat register where I have my hygiene stuff on it. This elemental was almost as large/tall taking up the height of a 623 gram container of Johnson & Johnson Baby Powder.

It looks like this...



It appeared two dimensional and its facial features were darker than the rest of the face. It was two different shades of grey. It was kind of both minding its own business but also was just nearby my bed.

It was bigger than the dark grey/almost black 'blobs' that I had seen in my early childhood (which turned out to be my spirit guides) and the other blobs I saw on December 22 2009 that followed me home from the General Hosp. where my Mom had stayed.

Has anyone seen these?

I sensed it was neither malevolent nor benevolent, but my consciousness had seen it because I had been meditating near a sacred site (the Manitoba Legislature/Temple) and smudged my apt. recently. My pineal gland has been buzzing/vibrating recently too.

Maybe it wasn't even a Demon. Maybe just a plain two dimensional harmless elemental. And I sensed that in terms of soul age, going by Michael Newton's scale - Baby Soul, Young Soul, Mature Soul, Old Soul... this one was a late Baby Soul... It is quite possible that all of us looked like this millions or billions of years ago.

BOOK: The Vengeful DJinn

Earlier this year a book written by paranormal researcher Rosemary Ellen Guiley and Philip J Imbrogno was published.

Because of my personal experiences with a Jinn, I was curious to find out more about them, since up until maybe 2005 not much has been written or posted about them on the Internet or in books in Western culture. Lots of stuff via the Muslim faith but not as much in English.

This is starting to change as more and more of us raise our level of consciousness and as a result re-open our psychic senses like our 3rd eye, psychic hearing, and psychic feeling.

Rosemary was interviewed last year on July 10 2010 about their upcoming book about the Jinn/Djinn and I was excited for when it'd be published..

I bought a signed copy in the Spring and I have read some of it...The whole book is not totally devoted to Shadow Men but a chapter is. Maybe that's why the book hasn't held my interest 100% unlike some of the other books I've read recently, like Zecharia Sitchin's The 12th Planet, about the Annunaki from Sirius C.

Thomas Sheridan on Psychopathic Mind

We live in a time of the Great Awakening. A time when we can finally move this planet from a path to tyranny to one of responsible freedom.

Until recently I had worked for the federal government as a clerk and I believe in altruism - being of service to others. However during those 12 years of service, I was a victim of workplace bullying and stuff, some of it was subtle, and other stuff more open.

Sheridan has written a book about psychopathic personalities, which are those who are rewarded with positions of power in the workplace. It is Human Resources departments who track who is a "good person" like myself and who is the psychopathic personality. We'd get rid of (they'd move back to being a "processor") after personality conflicts between myself and them. Then I'd have the intention that our next Supervisor would be nice and treat all of us well. Turned out that the next one -- didn't matter what year or time, that the next Supervisor would be as bad as the previous one ... usually it would come out in the form of micro-managing my work, which my personality seems to clash with/is not compatible with. I prefer an arms-length relationship between me and my supervisor - that he or more than likely in gov't , she, would trust me enough to not come up to my desk more than is necessary. But then some other people love to be micro-managed because at the soul level, they are Young Souls (as per Michael Newton) need the direction of others moreso than Mature souls like myself.

So going back to psychopathic supervisors in the workplace. You know at our workplace we had posters saying "respect in the workplace" is our , but it was the supervisors, with the backing of the HR that treated us poorly and the federal gov't Union would side with the supervisors and HR to "toe the line"....

But like Thomas says in his radio interview, stuff like this can only serve to "wake up" Humanity, and I'm glad that he is letting the "normal" (non-Reptilian brain dominant / more spiritually advanced) Humans know just why our workplaces and some relationships, and politicians are the way they are.

Names of the Stars in the Big Dipper

The easiest constellation to identify in the night sky is The Big Dipper. But why do most of us not know more detail about this set of stars?

The stars that we can see easily and not so easily have been studied for eons by astronomers and the better telescopes we have the clearer the stars have become.

I use this program Stellarium to identify the stars that I see at night, so that I can know which is which and not just say to myself "what a beautiful night time sky with all those stars visible above."

Nah, I'm ready to go more deeper than that, with the aid of technology ... a star map if you will...

This is the sort of that kids should be learning - more than just studying our immediate Solar system. I know when I was in forced education camp during the 1970s and 1980s, we never learned this back in the day... But with computer technology, and the Internet, there is no longer an excuse not to.

From the top left part of the "handle" back to the top right of the end of the "pan" are:

1. Alkaid - 100 ly

What I note about this set of stars is that two of them, Alkaid and Dubhe, are not 80 light years away but about 20 ly further back from us.

And just out of the frame of this screen capture is Arcturus, 36 ly away. If you can see Alkaid and Mizar, they point to Arcturus which is SW and lower in the sky (from Earth) than them.

Aern Peeps Out from Laundry Room Door

I hadn't written about this at the time because when it had originally occurred Mom had just passed away. I didn't want to tell others that Aern was still living in the basement even after trying to send him to Heaven (Jinns live for 1000 years at a time) - until I learned about the Jinn I had assumed that Aern was just a former Human who died and couldn't get to Heaven for some reason.

The day was Sunday January 10 2010.

Both my Dad and young sister were in the middle of that lab-engineered stomach flu that was making its rounds. Dad was sick and was laying down on the sofa, and sister was laying down in her room.

One of them vomited and so I put the item into the washing machine.

After stepping off the last step to reach the basement, from partly opened doorway that leads to the laundry room/furnace room, I stopped in my tracks because I could see this hat peeping out from the door. I knew it was Aern because I know his soul/energy signature... This was his second appearance after we prayed for him on November 8 2009.

So he was kind of wanting to show that he was still living in the basement, and that he was still near our dimension, but also was still a tad angry at me and also fearful of me after the prayer.

Anyways, my third eye had still been very much active a week after Mom died.

Aern the Jinn taps me on shoulder

Sunday July 3rd 2011 I was coming back upstairs after I got something. I felt a medium-force tap on the right part of my upper back in the back hallway.

I didn't see anything behind me that I could have bumped into, and it did feel like an index finger.

It must have been none other than Aern the Jinn, who was just letting me know he was nearby.

He did not speak to me, nor did I see him this time round.

It looks like he's forgiven me for trying to send him to Heaven on November 8 2009.

My chronological age in Mars years

If I were currently living on the planet Mars, my age would be 23.9 years old.

On Earth each year is counted as 364.4 days.

On Mars each year is counted as 686.9 days.

Someone on Wikipedia did the calculation for the difference between Earth years and Mars years.... it's 1.8808 times that of Earth.

So if you take 45 years and divide by 1.8808 you get 23.9 Mars years.

So if I were to live for 80 Earth years, that would mean my age in Mars years would be 42.

But the good thing about this slower chronological aging in Mars time is that you'd appear physically almost 2x the same as you would on Earth.... Does that mean a sort of extended childhood, or does it work a bit differently than that?

Alex Collier, who has been in contact with beings from Andromeda since 1964 says that the Andromedan kids have an education that lasts for about 150 years. So if that is what is... then the time they spend before they are educated ... their baby and toddler years.... how long does that last? Why I ask is because if you notice..... when we are born, our bodies grow very very quickly, and then sometime in our late teens early 20ies our bodies "fill out" and growth stops.

So to really slow down biological aging and live a full life, one must do things like meditation, Reiki, Yoga, eat and drink well, and keep a positive attitude.

Similarities Between George W Bush and Robespierre

Monday I was in our local Library and beside me where I was sitting was a bookshelf full of 'graphic novels' - comic strip like stories.

I picked one out randomly and the title was . The year and dates that the story is set in is during the French Revolution of the late mid-1790s. This book was just published April 2011.

I don't know much about this time in history, since I'm not European (in this life) and in school we were mainly shown Canadian History.

At the time I didn't know how much of this particular story is true and how much was fiction.

The stories characters are:

- a tyranical ruler of France who has a campaign called the Reign of Terror
A boy, 13 year-old boy, Bara who is used as a model to paint The Supreme Being
The painter, David.

In both the story and the Wikipedia page about Robespierre, this ruler kills by cutting off the heads of anyone who opposes him.... Guantanemo Bay torture anybody?

He was part of a a Committee of Public Safety, just like George W set up Homeland Security.

From Robespierre's Reign of Terror to the War Against Terror of George W.

The list goes on.

Some differences do exist .. .Robespierre was an orator and could speak for 2 hours at a time. George W either intentionally or unintentionally is not able to speak very convincingly.

At the end of the real life Robespierre, one day the people stood up to him, captured him. He tried to shoot his head off but only injured his jaw. Then he was taken the guillotine and sliced....heads up...



So because I believe in reincarnation, I'm wondering whether G W Bush is a reincarnated Robespierre.

Riding a Horse to the Town Library circa 1865

Since the past month I have been having more insight, analysis, "what makes sense" of my past life in western England (Cotswold region) between 1850 and 1875.

Until one day I can link a family surname and stuff like that I cannot prove that our family actually lived in this region of England, but it somehow feels right. This region is known for its sheep and wool production. In this life, my Dad's mother used to knit stuff for the grandkids like toques and mitts. My Mom never did that. I would think that my Mom would have carried over that talent of knitting, but perhaps the wool that we gathered we just sold off to the market. I don't know for sure yet. It's just speculation for now.

This insight was not part of a new meditation vision, but a portion/scene of the original one from June 22 2009. The new insight begins like this...

In 1865 when I am 15 years old, it is Summer, and I am wearing sandals. I am going to the town Library with my family (same Mom and Dad and one of my sisters - who is 8 years old at the time) on the horse(s). I am looking at some magazine and  I wanted to stay longer, but Dad says we have to go back to the farm.
Something very similar happened in 1979/80 when I had to go to the Centennial Library in Winnipeg here to do research for a school project on the Winnipeg Flood of 1950.

The next day or a few days after that I asked if I could ride one of the horses to the town Library on my own from then on.

I sense that we had 2 farm work horses, and so Mom and Dad made sure that I knew how to tie it up to a post, so that it wouldn't get lost and run away.

So, as I faintly recall...it's more of a knowing feeling and not an actual visualization.

I used to really enjoy riding this horse to and from the town Library on a regular basis. It used to be just me and the horse, and I could be thinking something about life and say something like "right Horsee?" (whatever the name of the horse) LOL.

Back in that lifetime there were no rubber casual shoes. In the Winter you wore boots, and in the Summer you wore dress shoes for nice occasional like Church or sandals for working in the field or just hanging outdoors.

In fact, just recently, based on this past life memory via past life session on June 22 2009, I decided to buy my first pair of sandals in 136 years. So in mid-May this year I went shopping for a pair. I went into a shop on Lilac St, but the shoes they had were not the style I wanted. They referred me to European Shoe on Academy Rd. When I went home and checked their website their prices were way more than what I was expecting to pay...like $200 for one pair.

So I typed in "Sandals Winnipeg" and up came a link to Canadian Footwear where they had a few reasonably priced ones...$60-$90. Much better. I wrote down a few styles that I liked and the next day tried my first choice. They looked cheap and rubbery, and didn't feel right. Next I tried on the $90 pair made of suede... N...i...c...e... The guy measured my feet and the size of the suede ones, with the Columbia label, and it was mine.

It feels so cool wearing the sandals while riding my bike, having the wind pass thru my feet like that. I guess the feeling is similar when riding a horse with sandals on.

The sandals I wear don't have the part that goes between your big toe and the toe next to it because that might irritate the skin and as I have type 2 Diabetes that is not a good thing. Also since I have been having troubles with getting a good pair of socks that don't scrunch my toes, having the sandals on a few times helps the toes on the left foot... I know not to overdo the sandals and that I should keep wearing the regular casual shoes and to rotate using them.

Back to the past life story...

So, one day at the Library I guess I was looking at possibly a horse racing magazine or the newspaper and I must have read about racing or steeplechase racing... Because at that point I got so fascinated by it that I wanted to have one of our two work horses become racers. Well, that wouldn't work out, and now I understand that when you just have 2 on the farm, you can't give one up to race because they are work horses. I suppose if we had more than 2 then maybe Dad could have given/sold one to me... But it didn't work out that way.

So I spent the next few years, I don't know when my fascination with doing this began or when it ended.

I could imagine that it must have created lots of stress in our family at the time, and I guess that Mom and Dad would have given me three options...

1. Stay on the farm and help with the chores and maybe get paid and then buy a horse
2. Get married, raise a family and then buy a horse and race it.
3. Move to town or a larger city and do something else

If I had just hung on for 3 or 4 years maybe I would have crossed paths with someone who could have helped me realize my dream. But something ended that in some way.

BTW, while I was contemplating this stuff I was on a bike ride. When I came back home the first clock I saw was my alarm clock in my room, which incorrectly read 12:34, so it is a sign from my spirit guide(s) that the part about not having enough horses to spare to have one to race is  correct.

"I Am Annunaki"

Originally posted to the David Icke Forum, I'm re-posting here to my blog because it wasn't written about at the time.

Heard during meditation "I am Annunaki" - that the being saying that to me was.

This was approx. around February 24th or February 25th 2011 at 0500 GMT, while I was meditating.

I felt a slight presence on my left side, and I heard the phrase twice in my left ear.

I said telepathically in response "How do I know you are a legit Annunaki and not a Demon? How can I discern you?"

I didn't get a response.

I have been reading Zecharia Sitchin's books and have been watching interview clips of him and also about Nibiru and Tiamat recently. And also re-listening to Ramtha's talk about the beginnings of Humanity. So the Annunaki are in my near consciouness thought - I'm focusing on them.

If the voice did not continue to communicate with me, is that a sign it was really coming from a Demon who was trying to deceive/trick me?

Generation Y's Future Arthritis

One day I shall have the last laugh as millions and millions of cell phone users who text most of their day will start to feel the consequences of texting years before.

Our bodies have joints which contain a certain amount of lubricant. Athletes and others who over exert/overuse their joints will eventually run out of body lubricant ... and so those primarily under 30-year-olds ... the "Generation Y" ... or as I used to refer to them in the 1980s as ... "the Yuppie Puppies" ... one day it'll all catch up to them ....and they'll be the ones suffering from Arthritis in their hand joints.

I will be so happy, because right now I'm starting to warn them.... They look at me as if they don't care...they're still young...etc.

Irritating Daily Fire/Ambulace Drills

Hi again,

I am writing this blog post that is somewhat off of my usual ramblings around here that has to do with spirituality.

I have lived in Downtown Winnipeg for the past 20 years and I have become used to the rhythms of this neighbourhood.

I am very sensitive/aware of the environment around me. I chose to be like that before I incarnated this life time, and I firmly believe that in my prior lifetime (1850-1875 in western England) that I was also similar.

I love urban life, and I choose to live downtown because when I chose to live in this neighbourhood 20 years ago it was so I'd be within walking distance to the central Library. I will write about my feeling/memory of my past life and how I used to go to the Library on a horse, but that is for another blog post.

Recently, in the past couple of years, the City bought additional emergency vehicles. It bought extra ambulances and extra fire engines. That is all well fine and good. Winnipeg is a growing city and we need to have more like this...

But the problem I have with the additional fleet is that the City fire/ambulance crew conducts daily drills - with full sirens blaring.

I have noticed two that are conducted on a daily, or aldmost daily occurrance:

1. Near the intersection of Main St @ McDermot Avenue around 2:30 p.m.
2. Near the intersection of Donald @ Broadway around 4:50 or 4:54 p.m.

I have noticed/observed the first incidence when I was working for Agriculture Canada. The second incidence was that if I walked home or got home about 10 minutes before 5 p.m. that almost every single weekday afternoon, with cars backed up in heavy traffic southbound on the Midtown Bridge, that there'd be this regular occurrance of an ambulance with its sirens wailing trying to get thru.

I have travelled several times to various larger cities in North America over the past 10-11 years and no where else but in Winnipeg have I heard sirens or emergency drills taking place as often as I have here... Not in Toronto, not in Vancouver, not in Chicago.

So, this has been quite annoying to me because while it is much more difficult to prove than chemtrail activity - because one can have photographed a location with sky above and when that person is finally aware of them they can review their old photos and see the chemtrail activity from years before.

My theory is that sirens of various kinds - from Police, Fire, or Ambulance are basically FEAR energy and the part of the purpose of doing the drills or having the Police have their sirens turn on and off during the night in the neighbourhood is to create a FEAR energy to lower the spiritual vibrations of our city and thus hold us down spiritually from becoming more loving. Didn't the Nazis conduct lots of siren drills before WWII to perhaps scare/annoy citizens?

But what I will do is to video this and post to Youtube and then I will link from here.

I'm just tired of the siren/ambulance/fire drill happening daily at the same time, and I want them to do this less frequently, perhaps once per week rather than the the regularity they are doing this at the moment.

This other writer, is asking why in his town the air raid sirens get activated daily. The official response was that that was the method the town/city gave notice that all the volunteer emergency vehicles (and staff) were available if/when an emergency occurred. Just like the poster says, it seems odd that they would do it that way rather than use a cell phone/pager. Perhaps the purpose in both cases is to desensitize us so that when a real big emergency happens ,only apathy will prevail.

Here's another post in which the writer mentions TETRA waves @ 17.6 Hz to affect us physically. I wonder whether the newer sirens create an output harmonic frequency of this that has the ability to disrupt our physical well-being.

For a specific example, the new TETRA system which will be used by the police and emergency services in the UK for communication, uses between 380 and 400 MHz, which is switched on and off at such a pulse rate that a pseudo-ELF of 17.6 Hz (17.6 times per second) is produced. this means the brain and nervous system are hit by pulses of UHF (USA terms) microwave (UK terms) every 1/17.6th of a second. This is rather like electrochemical hammer blows to the head at a rate of 17.6 every second. Some of us find hammer drills irritating to listen to, imagine 17.6 hammer-like blows being delivered to the nervous and endocrinal system, at a cellular level - might this not have a disruptive effect on the organism? Since the cells communicate to each other in the ELF range, these hammer-like blows of pseudo-ELF disrupts and derange cellular activities, leading to dysfunction, behavioural changes and onset of carcinogenic proteins which can lead to the organism developing tumours.
