CRTC Public Hearing on specialty channel applications (July 1987)

The July 1987 CRTC hearing on "new cable specialty channels".

This was the hearing that lead to the licensing of YTV, CBC Newsworld, VisionTv, The Weather Network, The Family Channel, and making TSN & MuchMusic basic services.
